About
Built for the realities of industrial networks.
PlantGuard.ai is an on-premises platform for the people who run and secure plant infrastructure: OT and network engineers, plant IT, cybersecurity managers and the managers who have to answer for all of it.
Why PlantGuard exists
PlantGuard was created to solve a problem common in industrial environments: the information that decides whether a plant network is healthy and defensible is real, but it is fragmented. In most plants it lives in ten places at once:
- Network monitoring systems
- Active Directory
- Endpoint security consoles
- Backup platforms
- Network-device configurations
- Asset inventories
- Lifecycle and warranty spreadsheets
- Compliance documentation
- Physical access systems
- Vendor support portals
Each of those tools reports on its own slice. None of them says that the same core switch is past end of support, has not had a configuration backup in six weeks, still runs SNMPv2c with a default community, and carries five downstream assets — or that this makes it the first thing to fix. PlantGuard brings that evidence together so engineering and cybersecurity teams can understand what requires attention, why it matters, and exactly what evidence supports the finding.
Built from plant-network experience
PlantGuard was conceived by people managing plant automation and network infrastructure, not adapted from a generic cloud or SaaS product. That origin shows in the decisions that matter to an OT team:
- It runs where the plant runs. One Windows server inside the plant network; no cloud tenant, no agents on OT endpoints, no internet needed to install, license, update or ask the AI.
- Evidence first, then opinion. Every finding, score and plan is produced by deterministic rules and quotes the records it came from. If there is no evidence, PlantGuard says so instead of estimating.
- AI that explains, never decides. The optional local model phrases existing evidence and cites it. It cannot create a finding, change a severity or run a command.
- Built for audits. Everything an administrator or the product does is written to an audit log the customer can forward to their own SIEM.
The full positioning — what the product does and does not do — is on the product page; how it is secured is on the Trust Center.
What we will not do on this website
Trust in a product that sits inside a critical network has to be earned with verifiable facts. So this site carries no customer logos, testimonials, certifications, awards or partnership badges that we cannot substantiate, and no statistic that is not either produced by the software or labelled as an illustration. When independent assessments, references or certifications exist, they will be named here with enough detail to be checked.
Found a statement you cannot reconcile with the software? Tell us through the security disclosure page or contact, and we will correct it.

Evaluate it inside your own environment
A pilot runs on your server, on your data, with nothing sent outside the plant.
