What happens when maintenance lapses?
Your installation keeps running with its perpetual license. You can download every release published up to your maintenance end date from the customer portal; newer releases become available again when maintenance is renewed.
How is the license delivered?
As a signed file installed from the application's Help → About dialog or during installation. It is verified offline — no activation server. Time-limited and hostname-bound options are available for trials and evaluation.
Do you offer a trial?
Every installation runs a fully functional 30-day trial. Request a demo and we will walk you through it on your own data.
Is there a per-device or per-user fee?
No. A plan covers unlimited devices and users on the plant servers it names.
Can you evaluate it before buying?
Yes — an enterprise pilot runs on your own server and data, fully offline if you need it, under an evaluation agreement.
Can you install it for us?
Yes — the Site and Enterprise plans include a remote onboarding workshop; on-site deployment is available on request.
